Unique views of the local beach, generous room sizes, proximity to local attractions
Lighting issues on the 4th floor created a safety concern!!! The parking situation felt misleading with its fees while street parking posed risks!!! The front desk was often underwhelming, lacking in engagement when needed!!!

Neat and ideal place, has nice views of the ocean. The units are beautifully maintained, quiet. The staff are excellent, giving their best to make the stay a wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again for holiday, really enjoyed the city and hotel...
Nothing to fault.

The hotel was just a few steps from the beautiful Playa de la Costilla. I found a variety of restaurants and bars nearby, made my weekend enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious room and ample storage during my week-long stay.

Location.
The general impression is that not much has changed since it opened in 1998. The facilities and finishes often range from the old to the shabby. The spa is a small abandoned and crusted jacuzzi in the attic where the gym is also located, which is also deceptive because there are 3 or 4 broken, corroded, cordless machines, etc... definitely useless. When we arrived at the room it reeked of tobacco, they explained to us that they had forgotten to put in the ozone cleaning and they moved us to a higher category room, which we are grateful for, as well as for the kindness of Eloy, the person who attended us and who was undoubtedly the best thing in the hotel. We were surprised by such old bathrooms, an artichoke-free shower, rusty lamps, etc. in a 4-star hotel. The hotel is set in a classic way, with a noble air that fits completely with the fact that it is a historic building, although we did not like it. Strange details such as the television is next to the bed, to see it from it you would have to turn around or do strange postures.

The best The facilities . Very nice palace. Excellent qualities of materials and outdoor pool area with grass and sun loungers SPECTACULAR. The views from the terrace of room very good although it would win if it had glass in balcony pq not see the sea if it is not standing.
The bathtub was uncomfortable. Narrow. A hotel of this price should have a large, comfortable shower tray. Older or chubby people should take regular, dangerous showers. The gym is regular. Few machines. And it's open from 10 am. Pq is on the floor of the rooms and not on a separate floor (because of the noise). The price. 490 EUR double room x 3 days.no pk or breakfast included.i think this price should include At least pk pq it is IMPOSSIBLE to park in the surroundings if you are not paying Blue zone or private ok. tb i think the price should include At least 1 drink per day in the pool. Everything added is separate. So you only pay for sleeping and swimming.

The room was huge and the bathroom was excellent! I was actually surprised by the quality of the toiletries provided, it's like they actually care about their guests.
It wasn't cheap but definitely still reasonable for what you get.

Great stay with a beautiful view
The view from our balcony was amazing, and the pool was super refreshing. The staff were so friendly. The location is spot-on for hitting the beach and strolling into town. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The balcony! The hotel is right on the beach, so I had a gorgeous sea view! Also, you have the strip to walk down right there behind the hotel. Bikes are also available for rent. The food is amazing! Their restaurant, El Embarcadero, has a great reputation with the locals, and there are many chrarming smaller restaurants along the strip as well. This was a great romantic getaway!
My room did not come with a clock, which I thought was odd. And the thermostat only stays on for about 10 mins before it shuts off. Thankfully I didn't really need it. I just kept the back door open to let in fresh air.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating. The food was good.
The hotel is very nice, the town was a bit dull and the beach uninspiring.

The location was nice and parking convienent even if it was not free.
The price was more expensive than I think it deserved. I guess that is the price for staying by the beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around Rota. The beach is cleaned each morning and the sand is soft. Although my visit in Rota was business related, I felt on a semi-vacation. The food at the hotel is also very good.
